is there a guide to imbuing, unraveling, using EI (how to use and if it effects anything as far as imbuing and unraveling)

bonus for gar in these
bonus for queens fordge (and where is the queens fordge)

guess my biggest question is about relic fragments.
do any normal items unraveled give these?
is there any possible way to get more then 1 relic frag off unraveling 1 item?
if so do you need a higher skill?
to get relic frags does it matter if i have 95 skill or 120 skill?

I dont want to attempt to unravel things that might give relics before I have the skill to get them.
(I saw someone posted that with 100 skill human vs 100 skill gar some items gave relic to the gar)

Yes there is a guide, and several other related pages, listed under 'skills, detailed' in the left hand site menu : http://uo.stratics.com/php-bin/show_content.php?content=30889 Further links at the top of that page.
Yes, non-artifact items can give relic fragments, I've gotten a few from loot.
Attempting to unravel something that will give a relic fragment at below 95.1 skill gives the message that your skill is not high enough to do that. You can't miss out on relic fragments by unravelling at lower skill.
Likewise with item id, if it would give a relic fragment, but your imbuing skill isn't high enough, item id will return a message telling you that your skill isn't high enough to identify the ingredient.
