GRIPE ABOUT BOOKS IN SA Client

I just spent an hour writing a detailed book on the humility quest and library quests to accompany a rune book. after sealing and making a few copies i find out users in2d client can not read them correctly, the words appear jumbled and out of place. installing 2d right not but this is not a solution.
Id certain like to know if any one else has had this problem.
please fix it.

I switch to Classic Client to do books. I wouldn't even waste my time with "Enhanced" Client, as books simply suck.

Character profiles suck even more. I still have issues with everything in my profile just vanishing even though it was meant to be patched. It makes it annoying to maintain my RP and trade characters. I have text files from which I paste in what I want. I'm thankful at least pasting works.

I don't think books are a priority fix and there hasn't been an EC fix patch in at least a month, not even a murmur, so don't hold your breath.

Actually, books in the Enhanced Client are much better than done in the 2D client. Unfortunately, they are incompatible, as they allow more lines per page and do not add line feeds to the text.

On a purely technical level, maybe - but if the result is a large chunk of the playerbase can't read them, that's not an 'improvement'.

The fact that you can copy out of those books is the ONLY improvement in the Enhanced Client.

In fact, I'm tired of looking at the ugly EC interface.

In 2D, my books actually look like, you know, books. Not two orange boxes with text in them. In 2D my spellbooks and runebooks also look like, you know, books, not orange boxes with text in them. The EC, as far as an interface goes, completely and totally completes the "drab, gray, lifeless" interface changeover that began to remove the unique feeling that 2D had by turning everything into orange boxes.

They need to stop trying to turn everything into World of Warcraft (whose books, by the way, at least have something resembling a page background on them). Whomever is the art director and interface designer for the Enhanced Client should be promoted to Warhammer.
