When the pub that is on test/origin hits, you will be able to purchase a "Town Banner" for the town you are loyal to if you have loyalty of "Adored" or higher. There are supposed to be additional benefits later on - but those have not been disclosed yet.

I renounced to keep the status to venerated since we don't know if there is any real advantage yet...
However I counted how many arrests you need to reach adored:
(the number may be reduced if you put out fire and collect garbage)
Unknown -> Commended: 5
Commended -> Respected: 12
Respected -> Adored: 62
The spawn rate of rioters and raiders needs to be dramatically increased with pub 75 to accomodate the rush of "concerned citizens" seeking the banners.
Thats why i only have 1 character to venerated and 6 to adored. (Need 2 more for all town banners) . But i want atleast one at venerated and maintain it to stay safe incase there will be a benefit.
For the raiders it could be more. But there always 3 rioters a town. As soon you arrest one a new one will appear.

How did you raise loyalty in Yew? I spent 45 minutes running around Yew this evening and never came across any rioters to arrest. Thanks in advance

Most of the "Rioters" that I found in Yew were around the sheep pens - and south as far as the southernmost farm - or a little farther. But there are a few that spawn inside the jail (until server up tomorrow when that spawn area gets fixed) and some also spawned in west yew - where there are two small farm houses across the bay west from the town.
From what I have found about working Yew is if you cannot find rioters in or around the buildings, in the woods, they are usually in the back of the Yew Prison as the guards there like to riot apparently. You can get to the majority of them unless they are actually locked in a cell. There are secret doors and what not that allow you access . They should not spawn in the prison any longer once the publish goes live. I believe that was in the publish notes. Good Luc, hope that helps!

Some towns are best done with a mage. (Yew,Vesper,Trinsic,Britain). Mark a rune near the Captain of the guard chest but not next to it. Just a few steps away so you still need to walk towards the chest. When you arrest a rioter/raider gate them to the chest and come back trough the same gate.
Minoc,Skara,Jhelom,New magincia and can easely be done without magery. Use the teleporters in Moonglow to go to Lyceum and South of Moonglow island.
We have previously counted the arrests, our result was:
Unknown to Commended: 4
Commended to Respected: 16 (20 total)
Respected to Adored: 80 (100 total)
Adored to Venerated: 400 (500 total)
For helping blue protestors, multiply the numbers with four. According to my findings (pre-publish 75), you should not bother with fires and garbage. Maybe the numbers have changed after some publish, are you sure you have counted properly?
