I can't seem to remember if this old Greens Dragon Blood was from the old Necro (Pagan) regs or if it was from the Newbie Necro quest that is no longer available.... the one that the Scroll of Abraxus comes from. I think it was Necro regs but am only 60% sure

Anyone know?

Green is the old necro reagent (yellow is the new), you are correct. They sell for 20-30m per normally.
