I don't know anything about Doom, but a comment in Olahorand's thread on U.Hall prompts a question. Does the telekinesis spell even work on Siege? It doesn't work on traps as far as I know, it wasn't clear if his reference to using it on the puzzle was on Siege, and I just wondered. I gave up trying it on stuff long ago.

Yeh, I noticed that telekenesis doesn't work on Siege too. I wonder why that is? I tried to use it a couple times when I was doing a morning daily rare run. Odd that it doesn't work here. Anyone know why?

It works on some things but the main reason it was changed for siege was treasure hunting so you couldn't just use it to open the chest without removing the trap (pre AOS you had to have remove trap on siege or die) now however all you need is 70% fire resist.

It is inteded to prevent the 'safe' removal of traps by simply casting and triggering from a distance. The idea was 'encourage' the use of the skill (Detect/Remove Traps?) as opposed to a single spell.

End result, at least for T-Hunters: 70 Fire Resist

Back at'cha. I use Remove. Bennos uses Remove. Malachi might be, not sure. I don't think Easton does and I'm pretty sure Jasmine doesn't.

So out of the t-hunters I know I see about half using it.

That said, duh, of course I wear a 70 Fire Suit!
