Grass Tiles???

So I've noticed at some point in the past, there were snow and grass tiles made available. Are they still items that can be acquired through normal game play?

If not, what do these items cost on the open market? I've been playing around with my new house and was thinking I'd like some for the front step of the foundation since those can't be altered through the custom house menu.

If the price is crazy, I'll have to wait since I've broke these days, lol...la

*nods* I have all of those. I also find gold a boring commodity. I can not remember what they were selling for when everyone wanted them.
