Britain is under attack! Naturally Mr. Crowley and Jack Sparrow are to blame, yet there is a most unusual advocate to their innocence. It has come to the attention of Commander Burrows that Mr. Crowley and Jack Sparrow are indeed somewhat innocent, at least of the latest attacks. The creatures that have mysteriously appeared are NOT allied with the two fugitives, but in fact are belonging to another more dangerous foe.

King Neptune, who gives his word that Mr. Crowley and Jack are innocent, has brought word that a pair of most unsavory villains has surfaced with the express purpose of wreaking havoc on the land. Clive Crusty and Lucy Luckblade are claiming responsibility for attacks on Britain as well as other attacks in the area.

It is warned that they do like to give a merry chase before zeroing in on a final kill. With the help of King Neptune the hide out for these two brigands may be found and they can be stopped once and for all.
