For 200k I got a sandstone wall pieces that has the clover leaf stenciling up and down on it. It cant be created using housing construction. Its very cool. Dont know if its good or not.
Whats cool, is I set in the middle of my ecclecitic musuem I am creating and I put a stags head trophy on it and it sits nicely.
I also collect black mushrooms and it seems like though not rare prices are falling.
I bought a coconut tree for 7m and sold for 10m that was sweet for me haha. Not sweet was refusing offers for 5m for my Oh Hii Trees and now not even able to get 2 mil for them ;p
I had managed to get two southern Healer bed parts myself, but no northern end. I puchased a northern end on Sonoma for 500k, and just found a whole healer bed for 10 mill on GL. Now to just find a second Norther piece.
I bought a pile of boards and a metal sign hanger for 500k each the other day. I thought it was a good deal considering most people want 3 mil+ for them.
Nice buy on the pants and now it is looking like my loom bench for 750k is a good deal. Just a heads up though at MOA last night there was a Rubble Saddle that just barely got the minimum bid of 5 mill...I missed out on that steal by about a second. The way I figure it is the normal saddle goes for 3 to 5 mill and there are less of the Rubble ones, and this is the same auction that drove a Singing Ball to 84 mill earlier this year. All I am saying is we have not seen the prices reach the bottom on the majority of these items so as has been said before buyer beware.
last night i found a piece of dock piling (the type without the rope wrapped around it) for 500k! i've seen the same exact piling on other vendors for as low as 10 million and as high as 25 million *happy squeak*
sort of makes up for the fact that my pack horse ate my one and only coconut palm last week...
