I was just thinking about my accounts and came up with this idea. Should a person be able tp purchase a new account from EA under their registration log-in and that account be the same age as the original registered account. If the account transferred ownership it would loose all age to prevent abuse.

This means that if my account is 10 years old and I buy a new account, it gets the same benefits of using vet rewards as my main account. It doesnt come with vet rewards when you buy it and would have to be open for atleast one full year before earning new rewards. But it means I could use my ethys.

Anyways just a thought.

I thought about your suggestion a bit, and can see only one advantage to it... riding first year ethys. Why not just suggest making 1st year ethys able to be rode by anyone? That would be much simpler.

Gotta admit it ... this is one I haven't seen.

However, as you know, many items are linked by account age. I think it would be unfair and most likely unbalancing to all of a sudden have "x" quantities of Vet Rewards to hit shards and the game in general.

Gotta vote "no" on the idea. Sorry.

Except that the suggestion was that they come pre-aged, as if they were old accounts that had already used their picks (just so they could use items previously claimed rewards on another account). Although I guess that after a year they would be getting the high-year ones, yeah. hmm.

The problem I see is that this then essentially makes vets the new account-creation engine - why would anyone open a new 0-year account when they can buy an pre-aged account off a vet who has opened it for them?

Sorry, I do not think it's a good idea. You have the regular ethy's as it is and this would just lead to abuse since a person could just make another account to sell the items. Yes you said it wouldn't come with any items to BEGIN with, but then 11 year items after the 2nd year? No bad idea.
