I found Captain Murphy opening gates from Luna to the location. Upon arriving at GOF's IDOC, you could see herds of players with their hoarding animals ready to pick up goods. They stood around all sides of the keep, all with their eyes on something of interest.

Tiggermcat was greeting those who came with a warm welcome....
