GM Ticket Responses? Where are they?

I have been waiting for a GM for almost 5 hours now. When you first put in the ticket it say to watch the Journal every few minutes for updates; however, there are NO updates. This was also the issue last night when I contacted a GM to resolve an issue.

It used to be that you would recieve updates as to your status in line. Now you get nothing and sit here wondering if your ticket is even in the que or if it was dropped. Or wondering if there is anyone working?

So... Is there a problem with the help ticket system that I am not aware of ?

if its not saying your in the queue id check the help menu and see if it says cancel or not.. also check the upper left of your screen for a tiny orange dot.. you prob got one of those responses that say they cant help you and go to ea.com
