GM Support

Is it just me.. or has the GM support been boosted since last year this time?

I recently came back and prior to leaving a year ago the GM support was useless... you would page and 4 hours later you maybe moved one spot in the line.

NOW.. I page and within sometimes minutes I get a response.

Yea seriously bro, if you got a response within 24 hours, then you must know a GM or something

He is not the only one. I myself have gotten a few GMs to pop in of late fairly quickly. The que was booking it as I watched the journal.

I have to agree with the fact that something has changed as well.
May 4th was my last call, 25 minutes max, start to finish, almost fell out of my chair. My prev one before that was 6hrs, but that's been over a yr ago - I gave up in between that time and stopped using that feature.
