[Price Check] Glacial Regeants

Hi all, I came across a bag of Glacial Regeants, (Black Pearl, Blood Moss, Mandrake Root, Sulfuric Ash), and was wondering if anyone knew where they came from and what they might be worth.

I did a search here on Stratics and could only find Black Pearl, but didnt say where it was from. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I showed mine to Mesanna and she said they are fair game. I purchased mine originally for 5m each when they came out, and have seen them on vendors occasionally for 15-20m each since then.
