Glacial coloured items

Recently I ran into some glacial coloured items.
Clothing, spellbooks etc.
Now a GM told me that these items are actually legal.

Any ideas on prices or how rare they are?

I tend to see them a lot less than e.g. sigil items.

people will pay mils for some items, but as far as a collector should view them, worthless.

I wouldn't give 1 gold for one. Legal now or not, they were duped items and should have been deleted out of the game completely, or at the very least ALL rehued default colors.
