Give Doom Artifacts a makeover?

Not sure if this has been discussed before but I think it would be a good idea in a future patch to remake the Doom Artifacts. To many of them are completely useless and outdated. It's kinda sad to see now cause imo, the gauntlet is pretty dang fun to farm.

Keep the current ones the way they are and if possible change properties for future drops.

Like for example- ring of elements. Give it 190 luck to update it.
-spirit of totem. Bump up the resist to 20/10/10/10/10

Just little things like that can make it worth doing again and bring value back to Doom.

Remove faction versions and make them imbuable,make weight 600 cap

New titles. Replace the item type with like item, ex: New hunters be floppy hat instead of deer mask / AoF chainmail. Same colors for old time memory. Old arty not turned in be little rare like the Breastplate noone used.

Fluff in elf gear. Fluff in gargoyle gear. Fluff in cool decos. Put on the list a rare chance at unique titled random item with random 510 - 600 mod points. Rare DF drop of a one use random slayer recipe for scribes to use on crafted Exceptional made spellbooks.
