Getting stats over 225, skills over 700?

I saw someone mention having 245-250 stats because he had a +20 stat scroll, how does one attain this, and is this the only method to raising max stats?

Same for skills, someone mentioned having above 700, is it possible to get above 700 without the use of bracelets and rings?

Base stat total is 230 and you can go up to 255 with a stat scroll. These are obtained from killing the Harrower, and the +20/+25 ones are not very common. Expect to pay a million or more for a +20 and several million for a +25.

Skill cap depends on account age. You get +5 to your cap for each year old the account is, to a maximum of 720.

Does this mean it's impossible for me to get the +20 to skills with my account? It's a new account since my old account login and pass is long forgotten. There's no other way to get the +20 to overall skills?

It is impossible I'm afraid. It is not that bad. My account is only two years and it does not unduly bother me.

you can buy older accounts for fairly cheap, already with somewhat developed skills. i can only recommend it.

Can you transfer characters between accounts? I've already put a lot of effort into this character.

Also does anyone know how I could claim back my old account? I don't know the login, password, or email, but i might be able to figure the email out if I knew which UO website to go to and request my info.

There are no character transfers allowed to or from Siege. There are paid character transfers allowed between other shards.

The official site is www.uo.com. There is a link there to the UO store to purchase things such as transfer tokens, legacy tokens, and expansion codes. There is a menu option on the left for account issues. (Follow the navigation, and it will take you here for lost account info. (Make sure you see the https for encrypted site at the top before entering info). If you don't remember your username, but are pretty sure you remember the old email, you can have your username sent to the email address they have on file.

If you can't remember anything, your only recourse is probably to call EA billing and see if they can retrieve your info, from billing information. Not sure they will do that, though.

well for starters the uo website is uo.com From there you can go to Acct Mgmt (account management) and it gets pretty obvious from there.

There are lost password and lost username functions, but if you have no idea what email, password, or username you used... well... I'd suggest running searches through all your old email on your old email accounts (unless you delete old emails, something I think is silly to do) for "uo" or "Ultima" or "origin" or "electronic arts" or "ea" to see if you can pull up any hits, if you do, you know that was your email used. From there you should be able to recover your info easily. Otherwise, you may need to call EA for help.

I ran into this same problem when I came back to UO a few years ago. Expect to pull your hair out and send a bunch of emails but it is possible to get that info. the easiest method is remember what email you used or if you paid by credi card the number you used.
