How can I contact the "New" guild on SP? Is there a location at which they can be found?

Make sure you have general chat on. Shalimar and Tina are on and off throughout the day usually and often ask if anyone needs help. It shouldn't take long to hook up with one of them. Alternatively, you can try ICQing Shalimar on 9626593 (Elaine).
The NEW keep is located east of Britain at coordinates 1870, 1560.

Hi Pablo, welcome to Siege.
As Hoffs said there's usually a NEW helper around but now and then you may have to wait a couple of hours if we're all offline.
Regular helpers are: Margrette, Trinity and Shalimar.
I'm not sure whether you're familiar with general chat or not.
If you're not:
1) Click on the chat button at the top of your screen when you first log in to the game.
2) Click on the general option.
3) Click join.
4) Type a comma so your text appears on gen chat.
