Gargoyles....

Has anyone heard if there is any plan to give gargoyles something for the--

half apron
sash
boots
back

slots?

maybe some different cool gargoyle only stuff? as of right now this is prolly the biggest thing holding me back from playing around with one. If i can have a human with a lieutenant sash/tangle/4int boots and a 5dci quiver on, why would i want to give all that up for a garg? Now i can understand the no back slot, i can live with that because of the wings, and a quiver would just be stupid on a char who couldn't be an archer anyways.

But something in the other slots would be nice, maybe the elven apron design for a half apron spot? the sash usable on a garg, and something in the foot slot, hell it can be an ankle bracelet for all i care lol

i believe the gargoyle (and mysticism) revamp is next publish, later this month.

They're letting gargoyles wear glasses and sashes in the next publish as well as changing their useless racial attribute I'm pretty sure.

No, that would make sense. Don't expect it. That would be like them planning ahead and making gargoyle artifacts that compare to the human ones (or making them alterable) or making gargoyle faction items.

Saw ur other thread on this doing a search lol. do you know if it really takes 10 durability away every time the splintering goes off?

Yeah it does.. but it's fortable so it's not really a huge deal. And you repair them with an alchemist.

Heres a question, cause i heard you tested it. Can you hit a box to break it, sounds like it works like sleep

You gain FC 2 and like 10SSI or something and -5 to all resists.... That's when you're at 10% health... so that buff to your resists really helps out...
