Gargoyle Armor Slots - New question

So which armor slots and other slots does gargoyles have? its impossible to see in the classic client and I can't find a list over it.

Tried crafting leather armor, but for some reason its only arms, chest, leggings and kilt, and two versions of it (called the same).

Also what is Wing Armor good for? It doesn't have any mods, can it be imbued?

Wing armor is a new armor slot that is filled by Quivers and possibley cloaks (I haven't tried a cloak yet).
A new Wing Armor is the the drop from the Abyss Housing Adventure: Wardon's Armor of Augmentation (Kinetic Eater 5%, Spell Damage Increase 3%, Lower Mana Cost 1% and Swing Speed Increase 5%) which is the same thing as the Ranger's Cloak of Augmentation (Human Cloak).

P.S. - You are all over these boards and you never read the Rangers of the Abyss thread or the Pub 65 Notes, one of the notes clearly states the following:
Gargoyle Wearable Alterations and Crafting
•Wing Armor was added to convert the back slot (currently only leather is available)
•Gargish Leather Talons have been added for conversion from footwear. (other material types will be in the future)
•Gargish half apron has been added to the gargoyle wearables
•Gargish glasses has been added to the gargoyle wearables
•Gargish sash has been added to the gargoyle wearables

the other two armor slots are Gargish Earrings and Necklaces

So I take it those are created with Tinkering...do they include resists? Or are Gargs a bit hosed resistwise?

Necklace and earnings have resists wings do not!

Yeah, so it seems, gargs have massive resists on their armors too compared to non-garg armor.

So play a gargoyle, and be content in the knowledge that you have more resists.

I am playing a Gargoyle...was just surprised how easy it was to reach all 70's resists compared to on my human chars.

To be honest, they weren't a big concern because they were just about worthless prior to the recent patch

Speaking of Armor and stuff, is there any way to convert Human Artifacts to Gargoyle items? Or are Gargoyles stuck with their very limited selection of items?

It changed in the last patch, and I am not sure you can convert all items yet, but you can convert some.

You need a tradeskill character with the correct tradeskill to alter. AKA Cloth/Leather is Tailoring, and metal is Blacksmith afaik.

Well, I am assuming the BS part. I have altered some stuff on my tailor. It amuses me that you can alter Cu Pads, but... gargs can't mount anyway...

Was trying to alter a Vesper Donation Chaos Shield, but it said it couldn't be altered. Was using blacksmithing.

here's a small sampling of what can be altered with the BS menu, not sure why you could not alter the Chaos shield, as i could alter a Chaos and Order shield i had made(human) into the gargish versions.

Buckler, bronze shield –small plate shield,
Heater-Large plate shield
Metal shield-Metal shield
Metal kite shield-Gargish Kite shield
Crescent blade, Bardiche, Halberd-Gargish Talwar
Viking sword-Stone war sword
Long sword, Broadsword-Dread sword
Kryss-Bloodsword

*one note of interest was I could not smelt anything i altered

I was thinking that it may have been an unintentional side effect of the No imbuing of arties patch, or may be intentional. might want to put it on ask the DEV's.

no you just need the right skills and not everything can be altered like glasses can be altered

Certain items cannot be altered

Museum donations appear not to be able to be altered

Invul shield / arcane can (as far as i know on arcane...cant remember)
