I know there are 2 options for Gargish gear for a tailor one is medable the other is not but what about jewelry? Seems there is 1 earring and its the only one that gives stats let alone its not medable.... am I missing something or are we to go earring less if we want to use our meditation?

I am hoping the gargish jewelry stopping meditation is a bug because its kinda stupid imo.
