You'd think I'd know this one by now. I am going away for the weekend to NYC with my husband and I'm not taking the laptop. Can you believe that one? I never go anywhere without it. LOL! Anyway, I have a small toon that has the new watering can. His plants die off within a day so I want to water his flowers with Sadie's can which is maxed. How long does the water last with the maxed can? Will his plants live that long with Sadie watering them or will it have no effect on his plants? I just don't want to come home to a bunch of dead trees on my little toon. Thanks!

The largest watering can cal last up to 8 days, but never less then 6.

One watering from a maxed can will last a week. 7 waterings from your baby will last a week too, I believe.

Edit: From the gardening guide:

Small Watering can 0 - 100 points. Will keep plants watered 1-2 days per water
Medium Watering can 101 - 200 points. Will keep plants watered 3-4 days per water
Large Watering can 201 - 700 points. Will keep plants watered 5-6 days per water
Huge Watering can 700 - 999 points. Will keep plants watered 7-8 days per water
Number of times you can water a new plant:
Small Can - 8 (till 50 skill points), 5 (after 50 skill points)
Medium Can - 3
Large Can - 2
Huge Can - 2

So watering twice with the huge can (maxed) will keep them watered 14 to 16 days?

I thought there was a maximum number of days, like 10 that couldn't be exceeded.

Thanks everyone! I always water Sadie's trees twice and they never last longer then a week. I had no idea the exact number but I know I have to water at least once a week. I don't think you can water 2-3 times and have them not be watered for another 2-3 weeks. I wish I could do that because I hate to even water, much less garden. So I guess it is safe to water all plants with her can and they will definitely be good til Monday including the baby toon's trees.

Thanks Joes but no winning big in NYC. This is a nice Valentines trip. We are going to see the Phantom of the Opera, The Comedy Cellar (love that place) and some other things. The best thing is NO KIDS! LOL! My AC trip in a couple of weeks hopefully will have me winning big!

I think it's 9. Not sure. Regardless, it'll get her through her trip.
