[Selling] Garden Shed

The Garden Shed is a 15th year Veteran Reward that contains two secure containers that do not count towards house storage limits, each capable of holding 125 items with no weight limit. The containers can be accessed by standing near the door of the shed and double-clicking it.
Anyone can use it. No expansions needed.

There are a couple of reasons, IMO. One being that the devs made changes over the years to vet rewards. Adding soulstones, which are attractive options to all of us, bumped up the cost because the base price of a purchased soulstone is based on the RL price set in the origin store. Changing the rules for riding ethies also upped the price of ethies because they are highly sought after now. When the lower year rewards go up in value, despite one of them being account bound, the higher year rewards go up in price, as well. Now we have vet rewards that were previously priced 100k per year now selling at 500k or more per year.
On top of that we had an influx of players during the Siege/Mugen housing change, some of which, xsharded tons of gold during their migration process. Those players needed scrolls, vet rewards and other items and were throwing their money around to get those items. A lot of us took advantage of that, myself included. Hattori and I used to spawn day and night and sold several 120 Myst scrolls for 25 mil each. One night we had a lucky drop of 2 Myst scrolls on one baracoon that resulted in a quick 50 mil profit before morning! Mage scrolls were selling for 18-25 mil during that time, as well. Both of those were in very high demand and sold quickly. Scroll prices have returned to normal, for the most part, but there are still a few players around with more gold to spend than common sense. The high bidder in this thread is one of them.

10+ year vets rule the shard and can drop 100 mil pretty easily
Gold accumulates over time, over the course of about 15 years now....
I always thought Vet Rewards are severely under priced compared to the time it takes to get them. Some people make 25 mil in one lucky scroll drop or event item and this reward someone had to pay an account and wait 15 years for.
15 years x 12 dollars a month x 12 months = $2,160 dollars. [Of course they had enjoyment from the game and other things during that time, but still they are giving up something that takes 15 years to acquire].
And what is the high bidder giving up, just 25 mil that can be gotten as mentioned in posts above by a lucky scroll drop or two. It takes nowhere near 15 years to acquire that, I would even say most players could make 25 mil in a month or two, even just being casual.
So here is a bargain to take something someone had to wait 15 years for; for the low price of 25 mil. And no, I am not the high bidder. I just don't think the price is all that absurd given a little thought.

I never understood why people send pms instead of just posting in the thread, I'll only except bids in the thread other wise it looks shady to me.
At this point, why not deal with the mess on the production shards? Maybe that or we can team up and kill the 1%, lol...la
