Stratics poster Armonia called Customer Service to inquire about refund for her paid April subscriptions and passed on the following information:

[*]Ask for a refund for the month of April[*]State that you would like to keep your subscription active until the game closes (with no billing, as that part has been disabled by EA)[*]The credit to your credit card will take 5 to 7 days[*]An email within 30 days will arrive to your registered account with information about the $15 EA store credit/3 month free POGO time[*]If you do not receive an email within 30 days, call the number below.[/list][/list]

For fastest access to a representative to request a refund (or after 30 days, inquire about a missing credit email):<ul>
[*]Dial (US) 1-866-543-5435[*]Say "my account"[*]Say "make payment"[*]Say "talk to an agent"[/list]
