game crashes when I try to load two of my toons

Try deleting their game folders?
Else maybe someone else can log in them for you?

Maybe they went on strike because they don't like being called toons...
Anyway, try logging on to your characters on a different computer, if it works, then its their folders. If there is still a problem, then I don't know what to tell you other than call customer service and pray that they know something.

Would not make that big of a diff , they only filler toons for gifts , so only noticed when I tried to log in and claim the new gifts
So its not excactly like they been working there butts off as it is

That happened to me on my old computer using UOKR. Nothing worked to fix it. Nothing. I was in contact with in game GMs, online tech support, everything. (thats the only time i have seen an in game GM since playing again).
I reinstalled, deleted the desktop folder, deleted this, that, etc. Nothing worked- except changing to 2d client.
It was strange, it was only on my Siege character that the game crashed. I even got a trial account to try it, and it worked fine... only my main account Siege Perilous character crashed...
So... if you have the same problem as me- good luck... you are screwed. But if its a diff problem, good luck, you may get help
