I'm a little more calm now, I've been working so I haven't been able to call EA yet. I'm going to see what they can do for me today and if I'm not satisfied I will see what kind of legal options I have. I work for the sheriff's office so I have all the information at my fingertips.

I realized something last night. My very first account on Chessy I made back in 1997 I closed down around 2000 because it had 2 bad marks against it, and a third would mean a banning. I had lots and lots of cash on this account, so I just got a new account and began playing it. However, when I left this account I also left a lot with it, such as server births etc. All I could remember was the account name so I called EA. They told me I had to have either:

Past CC info

or


Past Billing info(Address, phone number, state, city, etc) & email

I remember this because I had to go back and get my moms old CC # because I couldn't remember the email on the acct.

Hmmm I might be letting the cat out of the bag here but you could easily obtain that info from anyone you have done a paypal transaction with.

Most people use their address for that stuff.

My WoW accounts were hacked about the same time. I sent in an email and a few days later I open my in game mailbox and everything is back in the box. Nothing at all like UO.
