Fruit Bowl....

Silly question here but.....I've been trying to make a Fruit Bowl but I need a wooden bowl to do it. UO Guide says to buy a bowl of carrots or something and eat them and that's how you get the bowl. I have been trying to eat them for days and it just keeps saying I'm not hungry. What am I missing here?

Aye, you'll have to wait till you're hungry before you can empty them, I can come and chomp on a few for you if you like, one of the girls who lives in my house hasn't eaten anything in years hehe, 'bout time I fed her . Not sure what makes you actually hungry in game, I don't really understand how it works. If it's the old style basket you want, I'm sure I have one knocking about, I'll check in a min.
