Sitting in a local tavern awaiting my breakfast, there were mumblings around me about a letter. I wonder if this could be the same letter that I learned about a week ago on another one of my jouney's.

After my I ate my breakfast I dug into the news some more, and it was indeed the same letter I heard about last week.

So this is the latest I have come up with on the letter . . . .
