I saw one post stating that it used to be some sort of either event or quest item, and that it sold for roughly 75 mil back a year or so ago.....haven't found any other information on it.

I think this is this the mug that you get while doing the errands on the quest to get the Humility cloak. Or is this a different one?

Here is some information on it ..... this is why it is considering very rare.

Went for 75 mil around a year ago, not many of these out there.
