Friend wants to play...but there is a problem

My friend downloaded the client.
Went to make an account.
But when they try to put in the info for their CC it keeps saying that the address of home and card dont match.
Any idea what could be going on?
They have tried 5 times and gave up.

Well I'm not no smart man, but I would venture to guess the address associated with their cc is different from what they provided.

Or might as simple as a po box verses street address ! Just a thought.

Not sure if this could be the problem but perhaps the system checks the IP location and in case it differs from the credit card one it gives out a problem ?

Did your friend try contact support ?
They should be able to fix whatever is the problem.

They have a web site at Support Home Page and I think the options to contact them are phone, e-mail and perhaps even online chat.

This person has had the same address for over 5 years and the cc for 14.When they moved the address was changed on the cc over 5 years ago to the address they now have.
So they go as far as to check their billing statement from bank just to make sure everything was typed in correctly when trying to open an account .
Still says address is wrong.
WTF.
Guess they will call support in the morning.

If you have access to your CC website I would log on & check the billing address and phone number.

Those have to be an exact match or it will be declined.

I had the same problem when i moved.
check the zip code. for my bank i had accidentally given the wrong number from where i actually live.
or just open it with your card and then change it later....?
email me if it doesnt work tomorrow.

I had something on the lines of this, is he/she by Chance Canadian, because for me it was that up here we have a 6 digit postal code with a space but it would not accept it like that.

I had same problem from norway trying to put in cc info in internet explorer. Tried a dozen of times....

I then switched over to mozilla firefox and typed in the exact same info, and voila.....
