Enhanced Client Fountains of life disappear at the EC

This is one rather frustrating bug.
The fountains of life become invisible at the EC at random until you can't see any of them after you leave the
area and returns.

Returned home after hunting, all fountains are invisible:


Logged off and on, fountains become visible again:


Went to my other Ter Mur house right next to this one and returned, two fountains are no longer visible:


I am running plain EC with the default interface.

Ive had the same problem with a trap box that wasnt showing in my backpack, at different time and different chars

This bug has been a round for a while There was a setting you can change that fixes it I think it may have been show foliage ?!

The problem seems to be related to modern house designs.
The fountains of life on my keep never disappear on the EC.
