Found a 'rolling pin' at an IDOC (Not a cooking tool!)

Hello enthusiasts.

A while back I looted a rolling pin at an IDOC. It cannot be used as a tool (double click it and nothing happens). The craftable ones give you a baking menu and since this one does not I'm wondering if it's a server birth rare, or rare at all?

If so, does anyone know an approximate value or how common they are? I'd imagine since you can craft rolling pins and the graphic is the same that will effect value but I'm still curious. Thanks in advance!

Semi rares, you are (were?) able to steal them with a thief out of the strong boxes over at the bakery.
