do these still spawn? i used to get them in bucs den smith shop but i never see em there anymore

they do still spawn atleast they do on atlantic, if they are empty chances are someone just beat you to getting them.

They don't only spawn in Bucc's den. They spawn inside of locked chests in a great deal of smithy shops. Bucc's den just has no guard zone, so it is easier to get them from there, but you can easily do it from any of the other places as well. To get them you really only need 30 some lockpicking (open chest) and 30 stealing.

Nikka usually gets hers in the main blacksmith area in Serpent's hold. I've found them in the barrel and the boxes

Thats actually a good spot. However, they are in all towns (both sides) inside of boxes in blacksmith shops. Serps Hold just seems to have a lot more of those boxes then other places do.
