A new page for the skill has been researched and added to Stratics pages

I hope people will find it useful. I did dig out the old archive pages and copy those parts that were still useful. Sadly the essay, with frequent references to such things as 'power hour', 'permagrey' and 'plate armor slows you down' was badly out of date and the skill page consisted of merely the three bullet points at the begining of the new page.

I also added the Endless Decanter of Water, but I wasn't sure that one was worth mentioning

I vendor trained it to 29 then I found a begger and hired them. I just used FE on him over and over with an alacrity scroll and gained to 60.2 in just 15 mins. Thanks for the guide I would have never known to use a begger to gain.
