Scripters have shifted from house deposits to less populated banks. Those who desire to hunt and kill them should be checking cities like occlo and other cities that've fallen by the way side.

This is not some recent thing. Scripters have often used banks in locations players usually do not go to avoid detection. Guess you are just now noticing this...

Most on pacific were more slick about bank usage... the recent outbreak is blatantly obvious.

Simple solution: Dont buy resources.. especially in Luna. Make them yourself.

thats not an issue for folks like me who have had all the resources they'll ever need since 2000 but its an issue for other reasons.
