I don't know about everyone else here but lets say for example you go to the store and buy a video game. You get home, attempt to play it in your consol you get past the first level then BAM it doesn't work.
What would you do? I know I would take that product back for a new one or for a FULL REFUND.
The reason I bring this scenerio up is because I purchased EA/Mythics Stygian Abyss.
When I purchased this product it said what it offered, but said nothing about any of those systems being BROKEN. Now for a small example. On Chessy the Cavern of Discarded mini spawn is BROKE. I sat for hours killing rats to not advance this spawn a bit. I would consider this BROKEN and not a bug seeming as this is how it has been since the product was released. Now I do feel it is alright for a product to have "some" bugs in its release. But systems that are BROKEN? If this were any other game, im pretty sure there would be a recall, and REFUNDS. All im saying is if your going to sell a product please make sure EVERYTHING WORKS before you release it, and I feel it would be appropriate to refund such customers experiencing the same things.
Just because you sold your product as a "digital download" instead of physical product doesn't make it okay to cheat customers.
