I like that Troll sig Petra, much better example than just a corporate-type rule
My sigs rotate, I have 5 in total 
On the old boards I used to use the sig most appropriate to the post, it was possible to choose individually there.

I wish someone had informed me of this, when I first began playing on Siege.
In 2004 the magical moongate TO Serp. Hold was like smack dab in front of Lord British's. So there I was darting under that lil bridge overhang and ran right into this moongate TO Serp. Hold on Siege.
Being new at the time to Siege, Serp. Hold there looked somewhat different than the Serp. Holds that I was used to. It had weirdo lookin structures that appeared electrical and or dangerous. I had no clue what those were. I just wanted OFF but I knew from other shards that there was no gate OFF Serp. Hold.
I tried *help stuck* tried paging a gm whatever to get off. I was told by a mysterious One, that I was not stuck there, that Serp. Hold had a way OFF. But the mysterious one did not bother to tell me where or how TO get off Serp. Hold on Siege.
Only way I knew off was darting thru that cave...to end up a wandering ghost, thru dungeons and for grand finale end up, spit at by lava lizards as your final exit near Papua.
I did not think to LOOK around town there to find some gate, cuz on other shards there IS NO GATE OFF.
So I took the RUN OF DEATH !
About a month later AFTER my magery was higher to GATE myself to and from places I went back to Serp. Hold, toured all of it, and lo and behold a magical moongate OFF of Serp. Hold was there all the time in the northmost warrior hall.
DOH !
So had I known a month prior, that this Moongate OFF Serp. Hold WAS there, I could have saved myself the walk of death thru the dungeons to get OFF Serp. Hold. lol
It was nice they moved the moongate TO Serp. Hold away from where it had been when I began on Siege, where ya easily find yourself, running into that moongate, under that overpass by Lord British's !
Cuz where it was; if ya new there on Siege, ya run under that lil bridgey overpass, and accidently ran into a moongate, & swiftly find your self magically poofed to Serps. Hold and no longer in Britian...seemingly thinking you are now... STUCK on Serp. Hold with no way off but some walk of death thru the caves.
