Constructive Criticism about the Five on Friday:
While I find the FOF a must useful feature, I wonder if we couldn't answer much more important and relevant questions there, that really bother the player base.
Instead of talking about bamboo stools (overprized useless deco items), side spawns in Bedlam, Magincia rubble, housing tilesets in SA, Vorpal Blades (what is that?), dirt patches or questions that can be reviewed on the SA FAQ page, there would be other issues that are much much more pressing, like:
I could go on for hours with questions like these. Really, while asking about whether hueing our pets ultramarine blue will be possible might be exciting for some tamer nerd, the rest of us doesn't give anything about such questions. We care about issues that really have an impact on the game: bugs, exploits, loopholes, problems, balancing issues. Things that have been bothering us for months and years. Problems that make people quit and prevent new people from joining the UO community. A regular status update on those would really be helpful.

- What's the status about speed hacking? How and when will this be solved?
- Did you already find a solution against ghost cams?
- A long time ago, you talked about re-balancing combat. When is this going to happen?
- There are many totally useless spells in every spellcasting skill (from Ninjitsu to Magery). Will you look into those spells when doing your re-balancing project?
- Are you working on a solution for balancing the economy and against inflation?
- What are your plans to make this game easier accessible to new players?
- Any plans or ideas about finding a more intelligent solution against notorious PKs? Splitting the world into Trammel and Felucca was and is one of the biggest makeshifts/mistakes in UO history, and every game designer knows it. Do you work on any concepts, or do you plan to leave it as it is?
