Um... surprise! It's... it's an easter egg! Yeah, that's what it is! (Actually, we're not at all sure why some of them are coming up colored, and it definitely wasn't intended, but we're not going to spoil the fun. Enjoy!)

"What new stackables will we get with Publish 56?"

As we've mentioned a few times, Granite and Sand are our top priorities, but we're also working on Arcane Gems, smoke bombs, and the ingredients for chocolate (sugar, cocoa, etc.) Now, QA hasn't gotten a hold of this stuff yet, so it's subject to change, but this is what's top of the list. If you have other requests that you think should be up there, send me feedback!

"What bugs are you working on for Publish 56?"

Several bugs involving pets, such as being able to mount one while it's paralyzed and ride off, and another one that might prevent you from mounting it, some stuff relating to escorts not following properly, the bug with Quiver of Rage reverting to its original color after being dyed, and quite a few more. I should be able to provide more details as we get more and more stuff sent over to QA!

"Did Publish 55 change the accuracy formula for Archery?"

I actually brought this up at the team meeting today, and no one is aware of any change that might have even accidentally affected the formula. It's a question that has come up before, though, and I am always interested in data or theories that might prove the answer in that linked FoF wrong.

What's To Come:

Publish 56 is still in development - we've got a ton of bugfixes, plus live events, plus stacking, and more. It is taking a while, though, and we don't expect to have it on TC next week - QA isn't through with it yet.

[Siege Perilous]
On Saturday, 20th September at 8pm Eastern the Gilfane guild will be hosting the fourth 'Werewolf' event on Siege Perilous. Participants all play the part of villagers in the local community, but some hold a sinister secret; they are werewolves! The event is played out in alternate night and day phases. At night, the werewolves secretly select a victim to kill off. During the say, the surviving villagers try and determine who among them is a werewolf and will vote to have one person executed. This cycle repeats until either all the werewolves or all the normal villagers are eliminated. It only takes a few minutes of playing to understand the basic rules but if required full details can be found at www.gilfane.com/Events/Werewolf.html All are welcome to attend and no skills or equipment are required. The event is to be held at The Tortured Elf tavern in Gilfane town and a map is available on the Stratics event post. here.

Wow, that's soo important. That's been ingame since beta. *rolls eyes* How about fixing the ******** criminal flag when you rez red guildmates pets that was introduced in February and ignored? The damned thing is dead, its not preforming any criminal actions. Horses and swamp dragons do not murder any one, you should never go gray rezzing one of these, nor should they be red because their owner is.

YAY! Granite and Sand YAY! This is beginning to look like my favorite publish since the one that fixed the coordinate locations of runes in a runebook!

I second the enchanted apples and the other "NewERish" cooking items to be stackables.

Also magical fish that give you bonuses like dex, int etc would be nice too, I'd also like to see those fish not require the Eval int skill to judge the bonus and time of the bonus.

Lyconis, the best thing they could do with those fish is to duplicate some existing code. Have the three stat booster fish function EXACTLY like the Rose of Trinsic petals. (+5 for 5 minutes).

Um, the pets being red and you flagging for rez'ing them is intended. If you rez the pet you are helping a red ... thus you are flagged.

It did not flag you before February. It has never been stated it was intended/unintended. As a matter of fact its been totally ignored except for the fix allows you to vet your own pets again.

As for the other ... there were people specifically asking for the paralyze fix. Why SHOULDNT the team listen to what bugs are important to people and fix them??

And yet it never bothered them for 11 years? How important can it be? What the team SHOULD do is stop rushing stuff and double check what they did so they aren't breaking things.
