[Spellweaving] Focus question

If you can't get 4 people to make a focus with, is weaving still useful? I'm thinking of a making a mage/necro/weaver.

I still find it very useful when I can't get a focus (or don't bother). If you have two accounts you can make a 2nd weaver and run 2 clients to get the focus.

Or just take Spellweaving off Via Soul Stone and do a circle with 6 Humans/Elves with 0-20 (JOAT) then put SW back on.
