Why bother with patching this now? I mean, if that is was what the patch was intended for.

The event is over in like 2.5 days, I've see people drop jack o lanterns on bank floor, see them on some vendors from 5-10k, less people have are camping the crop fields since the event begun, Jack O lanterns aren't hard to come by if you just have runes to various crop fields and scan them occasionally, I mean... are people still that desprete to get into the Dulcia farm areas up to this day?

Probably for next year. It's a good idea to fix problems as they crop up rather than say "hey next year we should remember to..." yeah. Easy to forget to do something in 11 months, especially if it's just a quick fix like adding in a door where a wall is or something similar.

Werent the fences put up by seers or GMs on most shards? Meaning the fences will have to be manually removed.

I'm assuming (can't get on and check) that the "fix" is they stopped the "directly next to the bank cotton spawn" there. Is this right? Or should we be expecting an emergency patch to remove their fix on test tomorrow?
