If you think bandies are hard to lose, think of us Siege players that lose armour parts to them. ;)

But I disagree.
Why shouldn´t mobs be able to loot us? We loot them all the time. Just put some stacks of bandages on the ground in case you get looted.

Because the mob vanishes in 30 seconds... with my bandages...... leaving me to have to run go get some more. Pain in the ...... If they are going to loot players then players need more than a snowballs chance in Hades to get their stuff back. Either my stuff has to make the dead mob last longer or my stuff needs to drop on the ground when the mob vanishes in 30 seconds. Tired of having to go make a bandage run everytime I die.

A drop chance of anything higher than 5% has a tendency to flood the market.
To offset this, there are instances or time factors towards fighting bosses, (keys/instances) or in Corgul's case, the island relocating. Makes it a little bit more difficult to farm them.
I think this misses the point a little. If you have to invest a decent amount of time to key for the boss and then have a low probability for pulling usable rewards it does not provide incentives for many players to participate. There are ways to combat this. The Doom system is one, but I don't know how effective that would still be. Another is to add rewards to the loot tables that are useful to the character receiving them and either character or account bound. You would still have desirable drops in the loot table that could be brought to the open marketplace, but players would be more likely overall to receive something they perceive to be of value.

Why cant there be at least a point system such as doom so eventually I get a drop? Killing 80 medusas to get a slither is a bit insane and takes so much time. It could take the 50-60 hours it takes to kill that many and freaking farm gold and have enough to buy one!
Thats why they are wroth so much... I dont want to devalue them, or turn them in to an item that takes you, one 45 minute run of Medusa to get.
How good did it feel when it finally dropped for you, was there a first pump and the shouting of YES FINALLY.. doesn't that moment feel great when you worked for so long to get something you have been wanting ?? Personaly for me... Yeah Then again, I farmed cu's for ages tell I got a blaze to pop..

To kill Osiredon:
Need a full 120 bard, 2 melee dexers. Since he has no slayers, its best if you can use 2 120 chiv dexers. Or substitute one of those for a Bushido dexer and have him honor Osiredon. Have the bard discord, and run Preservance and Resilience. With enemy of one and Con Wep, you dexers will be dealing slayer damage every hit. (I like to throw in the occasional bleed between armor ignores as well.)
You can increase the damage output slightly by switching the bard to invigorate/inspire, though in that case I'd run 2 dexers with healing/anat and chiv to cross heal, but sometimes the damage just comes too fast.
If you do it with 2 ships you can add cannons to the mix, but a little bit trickier for the bard.
Beat him down till he dies. If you get 5 chiv melee dexers and a bard, you can take him down really fast. And as long as you have nets you can just keep fishing em up.
Usually get drops every 2-3 with 6 people.
