else, Fishing gives you White Pearls which go for a high price.

A GM Tamer with GD at Miasma spawn can pick up a lot of 6th level Tmaps per hour.
White Pearls take longer.
Fishing is slow.
Mib give 1000 to 3000gp plus other stuff.

True, GM cartography will take longer...

Carto is pretty easy. I gm'd it in a week, but I managed to miss almost none of my ROT gains, and I had about 8.0 in SOTs.

That said, I'm pretty disappointed with the loot haul from tmaps. Sure, you get the artie, some of which can be turned into relic frags, but I seem to get mostly the horse or the gold bricks.

Every level 6 tmap yields about 15-20k gold (including the spawn), a ton of regs, a few gems, and a lot of junk that can be unraveled. Occasionally, one of those junk pieces will yield a relic frag.

On the up side, tmaps are a different thing to do when I'm bored with pvm, pvp (as if!), mining, and crafting. So it's fun in that sense.

Maybe I'll take up fishing next.
