Fishing on Felucca

Until this summer I went fishing in Felucca and found the treasure maps for Felucca in the bodies of the sea serpents. Now, even if I'm in the Felucca sea, I always find the maps for Trammel. How come? Has a new provision been made? Or is it a bug and nobody noticed until now?

No, until just before the summer if you fished on felucca you ALWAYS found the t-map for a treasure on felucca. Obviously not in all snakes. But if you finally found one with the map, this one was for Felucca. Now they are found only for trammel
