First Auction for a Trammel Castle in uberest spot FAL could sell one in (pics)

Hi all I want to announce another auction for a Trammel Castle on the Legends Shard being held bye The Freeholders of Legends (FAL).

The minimum bid for this castle is 40 mil gold and will continue until Sun July 13th at 6 pm est. Only bids posted in this thread within this thread will be acknowledged (absolutely no pms or emails or icqs will be considered because to me it creates a loophole for sellers to gouge and ripoff buyers) Also no editing you're posts (meaning you're bids) because when the auction is over I want a timestamped winning bid (not someone that hid there time stamp while editing to get in a late bid) Also no trades accepted.

The cords for this Castle are 96o 19' N 174o 6 W. This is on the Legends shard and on the Trammel Facet. This is a gorgeous ocean view property with a mountain north of it that you can touch from you're northern precipices and then don't get me on how this is an ideal spot for a Tamer/Bard/Tailor/Miner/Smith/fisher/any adventurer that wants all of Deceit's baddies with 4 screens of you're house.

As always FALS auctions are as honest as one can make them on a forum and I will only accept delays of final purchase from people I personally know so if you do not know me please do not bid more then you can come up with within 48 hours after auction close. I will also use my discretion of what I consider legitimate bids and can and will exercise a veto on any and all bids I find conspicuous or suspicious.

I really dont know what the heck you're talking about. But I have had several dealings with Plucky over the years and never had a problem. So the answer to the clue is Positive Feedback from me. If I was one of his sheep I would fly FAL tags not TMC.

Yea and if no one remembers I have not given Omni allot of reason to say anything positive about me.

But this auction closed before the boards came back up and that was do to my own stupidty and I did honor the auction and sold it for the highest bid at the time the auction closed.

Thunder, I dont know why you bring some bs like that up. I was actually trying to back up Plucky. THAT dosnt happen ofter. Sheesh. I sold ONE castle for a small profit to move to another castle in a better location. The keep you gave me, i gave away...

This wasn't an auction. It was lame. no icq bids no pm bids and oh no board bids. It takes the dude running the auction 3 days to say oh you bids can't count. I sold it. And know for a fact the runners of this auction have been very active on other board just not the thread they started.

So Again looking for a honest deal on a castle. Not a almost auction for looks.

Its easy to explain. I am not fishing for a price. I have a set minimum bid and I want it to be as honest as possible (unlike what some asses think) so I dont create a situation where anyone can just bid with anyomnity and not have to be accountable for there bids to everyone else there competing against.

Too many people use the net as a way not to have to be accountable for there deeds and I am not going to encorage that in my guilds auctions. If you dont like it dont bid. I personaly think people that use other means (like not posting price they want or letting people bid silently is a crappy way to do things and is not a way I operate and again like I said if you dont like it dont post a bid.

I wish everyone ran their auctions like this, it just seems more honest and fair.

Point in case I watched an auction for days where no one bid anything, I finally posted a min bid, the owner posted that she'd received a pm bid higher than I had bid. I re-bid and she posted again a pm bid higher. I walked away from that auction because I felt like there was no one bidding by pm, just her trying to up her price. If all bids are public then there is no room for doubt .

On a side note not either of the late bidders wouldnt have been acknowledged since both of them were just trolling in some of my other threads that got them both locked.
