The town guard by the West Brit Bank (Trammel) on Sonoma.
He is rude, he doesn't show up for work on time, his mohawk is non-regulation, and he refused to help me when my Ethereal Warhorse got a flat.

I think several of these NPC's are in need of remedial customer service 101 refresher courses. Ismeralda at the mage shop in zento told me they were out of scrollls.. but I saw her selling them to another player right after.. and cheaper! What.. my gold isn't good enough for her? B**ch! I'll take my purchases across the street to the mapmaker.

I think Edward's brother was employed as a guard outside the paladin hall in Old Haven. Poor Edward's bad attitude & rebellious hairstyle preferences obviously stem from grief because the island imploded while his brother was on duty. Try to be a little more sensitive, PC.

Time to back off the Bob flaming ... He's doing his full time job this week plus Jeremy's. I've been in the corporate office workplace, one has to prioritize under these conditions. Most of us do not realize the full scope of Bob and Jeremy's duties, and I'm certain forum browsing and posting is a luxury he has very little time to dedicate to.

aw dont be so hard on poor Bob, Jeremy's shoes are hard to fill, and im sure Bob is working his tail off. Least we have finally heard from him. Jeremy will be back soon enough. Then Bob can take a vacation which im sure he needs after this week.

My understanding is that Bob is Community Relations for all of EA-Mythic, and Jeremy is only for UO.
If you like J.'s communicating with us, why would you want to promote her to be Community Relations of EA-Mythic as opposed to only of UO?
By definition, we'd hear from J. less, because she would have a broader scope of responsibilities.
