Get a dummy pet and play around with it.
Test shard is excellent to practice

You don't push anything.

You use up the 1501 points, and it clicks over. You can't save points for later.

If you are using the planner, the upgrades CANNOT be implemented directly from the planner (a really stupid idea). You have to go in and manually DO all those upgrades, one at a time, to spend the points.

Lol I have been using the planner. Thank you!!!
Never use the planner agian. It causes confusion.

I have made step by steps choices for most pet types.

If it is a 3 => 5 use the Cu chooser.

If its 1 =>5 use the Lesser Hiryu chooser.

It did not say train pet anywhere on my screen. Lol I have looked for several days!!
Do you have the blue "Pet Training Options" button? When the "ANIMAL TRAINING MENU" comes up, you can choose PLAN. If the Pet Training Planning menu is Enabled, the choices you make on the ANIMAL TRAINING MENU will go into Pet Training Planning. The Pet Training Planning must be DISABLEed in order to make actual changes to the pet.

Deleated the tamer....should not be this hard!!
It takes a little getting used to, but that’s a shame to give up so quickly. Especially on something that is so much fun. I’d recommend meeting up with someone on TC1 and having them show you the complete training process on Cu Sidhe or other pet(s). Once you see it through a couple times it really is a piece of cake.
