Final tiny pvp tweaks

publish 69.5 is going to offer what publish 65 promised.

I wouldn't like to see any major changes to pvp at the moment because i think it's nicely balanced. However there are a couple of tiny tweaks or exploits as i would call them that could be cleaned up to make the game less elitest.

1, players should not be able to continue casting a spell when drinking a potion.

2, If you cast evil omen and weaken on yourself, other players should be able to disturb your concentration when they cast weaken on you. A similar but harder to achieve exploit is possible if you evil omen yourself and a monster curses you, (this will decrease your stats without decreasing your resists) and another player will not be able to curse you.

3, when casting teleport and targeting a location that cannot be seen, you should not need to recast the spell.


There are a few other changes that i think would be a great idea, however these are the tiny tweaks that i don't think anyone would disagree with.

Put Deathstrike Back the way it used to be. Good job at nerfing Something(+10 Damage! With Less Skill than Before!(tracking)) :dunce:

Probably the best idea I've read off this forum.
Agree...but the other problem that hasn't been fixed is....hit spells. It causes you to lag when your hit spell goes off whether from a mage weap or a dexxer. This bit of code needs to be cleaned up.
