If im not mistaken this item is voice activated by speaking the word "winner" it talks and says a little something about event I think.

You've previously stated "Felucca Victim (states my toons name when asked key word)". Is that the same keyword BigEv is talking about or is it a different one. Also does it say your specific characters name or does it say the name of whoever said the keyword?
