It's located on Arctic Island, Felucca, just South of the shrine.
House name is Kaiserpfalz.
Starting price: 25 Mill GP, min increase of offers 500,000 GP.
The auction ends Sunday (04th October) at 8:00 PM Shard local time. For each last offer in that time range the closing time will be increased by 30 minutes.
