I have finally managed to obtain a Tram castle. This means that my Fel castle is available for sale.
Now I realise that Castles in Fel do not necessarliy sell well (if at all) on Oceania, however this particular castle does come with some extensive decorating already completed.
Of particular interest would be the North West corner - here you will find a ladder stair case spiraling around a stacked Globe display leading to the study and rooftop garden ........
Also of interest is the back verandah sitting area just waiting to be compled with your own finishing touches ......
And on the roof I have left behind the additional floor that was built as a chess board (will need to provide own pieces) which is accessed via a floating path which links the SouthWest and SouthEast corner towers .....
And finally, it also comes with two floors tiled with 'Slime coloured' (therefore not be be repeated) 'Split pentagram' floor tiling. Now those not into decorating - those floors take hours and hours to construct - each pentagram has to be raised / lowered and then all piece except for the middle, axed. Being slime colours means that the floors can never be built again !! (NB comes with a few spare pentagrams in case of accidental axing)
This is a 'Walk in / Walk out' sale - what you see in the house stays.
It would be a shame to see this building fall - all offers will be considered - I would like at least enough to cover the expense of buying tokens to replace the five ladders and four trees left behind - So 5 million as a starting point seems reasonable but I leave that to you.
Just to give you an idea what goes into designing/building - the construction you see above probably equates to near 30 or 40 hours of trail and error and frustrations !!
